Thermal separation of aluminium profiles

Automated joining of thermally separated aluminium profiles (thermal break). For this purpose, our machines fulfil various tasks:

• Knurling
• Mounting
• Rolling
• Shear testing

To achieve higher efficiency, we have developed a process in which knurling and assembly are combined in one operation.

Standard Layouts

Various standard layouts are available, differing in functionality and production output. However, thanks to their modular design, the systems can also be easily adapted to customer-specific requirements. Examples are shown here:

• Simple system, up to 30 profiles/hour
• Semi-automatic system, up to 70 profiles/hour
• Fully automatic system, up to 150 profiles/hour
