Rolling machines are high-performance machines that are mainly used for serial processing of profiles. Of course, custom-made products can always be handled, but rolling machines only work really efficiently if actual meters are processed. To supply our customers with the most suitable product possible, we offer three types of rolling machines. Thanks to an extensive range of specifications and accessories, these can be adapted even more precisely to the individual needs of our customers.

The right rolling machine for every application

Even our smallest model, the Standard Rolling System üimpresses with its comprehensive variability and performance. This rolling machine is designed for standard profiles with a width of 375 millimetres. Plastic barriers of 12-60 millimetres can be used as intermediate elements to be rolled in. The speed of the 3kW strong rolling machine can be varied by a frequency converter. 3 supports and a total of 6 roller discs ensure a consistently good result. Our BC+ Rolling Machine offers three solid rolling-in stations. The machine is therefore suitable for hard 24-hour use. Each station has its own width adjustment. This rolling machine has 6 horizontal rollers and 46 roller discs, which are all driven synchronously. Our top model is the Advanced Rolling Machine. The insulation strip to be rolled can be up to 92 millimetres wide on this machine. All relevant adjustments are CNC-controlled in order to reduce changeover times to a minimum.
